Innovation in Action. Precast Concepts specializes in creative solutions to a variety of precast concrete needs. Our core product line is precast concrete pipe (circular, elliptical, and box), used largely for storm drainage applications. Our business grew from a recognized need for better joints and a dedication to improving quality through innovation. We understand that superior design impacts every part of your enterprise. By introducing pre-lubricated Tylox^® SuperSeal™ rubber gasket joints into our concrete pipe, we are
able to improve pipe joint performance, enhance installation efficiency—and ultimately, make our customers more competitive. We advanced the market one step further by incorporating this superior joint system into our elliptical and box culvert products, effectively eliminating the external joint wraps, concrete collars, or internal supplemental seals typically needed to provide watertight joints. We also cast sturdy Easy-Lift Anchors into nearly all of our products. Since they don’t need to be plugged, this simple detail simplifies handling, increases installation efficiency and enhances your project’s overall safety.
